I have been in a dark place for the last year and nothing could shake me out of it. I had a healing session and the next day I felt the beginnings of my old self, by the second day I was my old self. I felt the need for something to clear my space when I meditate. I felt the draw to this I think for the blue lotus but the overall fragrance really is uplifting.
