We’ll begin with an opening circle and guided grounding meditation to help you connect with Mother Gaia, center your energy, and set a clear intention for what you’re ready to call into your life.
You’ll then be immersed in a deeply restorative alchemical crystal bowl sound healing. The healing frequencies will support relaxation while helping you anchor your intention into your body and energy field.
Finally, you’ll weave your intention into physical form as you create your own crystal bracelet—a sacred talisman infused with your personal desires, affirmations, and manifestation goals. Your bracelet will become an energetic anchor and daily reminder of the intention you set during this experience.
