Typical Session Format
- We will begin with 10 minutes of talking where you will have a chance to share your experiences and what you would like to focus on during the healing. We will set intentions for what to release and heal, and call in more of what you would like to manifest emotionally (joy, peace, love, etc.).
- After chatting, you may lie down and close your eyes, and we will then go into a meditation where we will call in our collective Guides and Archangels and ground and protect our energies. Once we connect our Higher Selves, then we will begin the healing process.
- I will read your emotional frequencies on a scale of 0 – 100, and check for etheric chimps & implants, chords, soul contracts and vows that are no longer in your highest and best good.
- Once all of the information is gathered, we begin the healing and it feels a bit like going on a shamanic journey or going into a deep meditation, while you're lying down with your eyes closed. This part may last 10-15 minutes.
- After all of the necessary healing is complete, we end the session, thank our Guides and I will check your emotional frequencies again to see where progress was made, and what may require more healing.
- Lastly, we will have a few minutes at the end of the session when you may ask questions, for clarification, or discuss next steps.
Prior to the start of the meeting, it would be ideal if you have a glass of water, a blanket, a pair of comfortable headphones or earbuds with a built-in microphone that will connect to your computer, iPad, or mobile phone near you. Please download the latest Zoom app on your mobile device or laptop in advance, so that we may connect without any delays.
Prepare a comfortable place to lie down with your eyes closed, where you will not be disturbed for 30 minutes.
After the session, please allow time for a peaceful transition. For example, you could take an epsom salt bath, sit in the sun, go for a walk in nature, or take a nap. Please try to avoid working, electronic screens, TV, conversations that may not be peaceful, or anything negative that will take you out of alignment. You will need time to integrate the healing energies.
- Will I get a chance to ask questions? Yes, there is a 10-minute intake period allowed at the start of all sessions.
- Will I feel anything? That depends on you, some souls are more sensitive to subtle energies and can feel everything, while others do not so much.
- Can you tell me my future? No, healings are not psychic readings necessarily. While some stuff may come through during our session, it is not like a typical psychic reading.
- Can you heal my daughter, son, husband, boyfriend, etc? All energy healings must be done with the consent of the person receiving the healing unless they are a minor and are in your care.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
You have up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session to cancel or reschedule your session for a full refund. After, there will be a 50% fee charged to reschedule or cancel. There is no refund or exchanges for fully used or partially used sessions or package sessions.
