When: First Saturday or Sunday of each month, at 10:00 am., MST (sometimes this shifts, as needed)

SESSION FORMAT

We meet on Zoom video conferencing with cameras on when possible
There is usually a topic and/or a teaching.
Each person goes around and shares their emotions, thoughts on the topic while others listen
At the end of your share you can specify whether or not you want feedback or for others to just listen
At the end, there is often a guided meditation, healing or activation (time permitting)
You may lie down or sit up during the meditation/healing to receive the healing frequencies

Prior to the start of the meeting, it would be ideal if you have a glass of water, a blanket, a pair of comfortable headphones or earbuds with a built-in microphone that will connect to your computer, iPad, or mobile phone near you. Please download the latest Zoom app on your mobile device or laptop in advance, so that we may connect without any delays.

Prepare a comfortable place to sit where you will not be disturbed for 2 hours.

After the session, please allow time for a peaceful transition. For example, you could take an epsom salt bath, sit in the sun, go for a walk in nature, or take a nap. Please try to avoid working, electronic screens, TV, conversations that may not be peaceful, or anything negative that will take you out of alignment. You will need time to integrate the healing energies.

Subscription Policy

This is a monthly subscription. You will be billed every 30 days on the same date you subscribed.

Your subscription entitles you to join the monthly Zoom meeting, and access to our private Telegram group chat.

You may cancel at any time. Just cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
