I have always been so fascinated with chakras, crystals, healing and all that good stuff! But I never really got into all the oils and the actual practices behind it…til now! I initially thought this would be a 'nice to have' essential oil, but WOW. As an oily girl, I have lots of essential oils. I got this one and another called I Am Blessed. I can feel a frequency difference with these. I highly recommend them.

I felt the need for something to clear my space when I meditate. I felt the draw to this I think for the blue lotus but the overall fragrance really is uplifting. How To Use
1. Shake it
2. Smell it, inhaling deeply
3. Roll or rub it on
4. Smell it on your skin
5. Inhale & Exhale
6. Say the affirmation
Repeat each step 3 times.
Apply directly to the pulse points: wrists, inner elbows, behind the ears, or the soles of the feet.
Apply to the chakras; crown, third-eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, root

Why I Make Healing Elixirs
It's simple really. I started making my own blends to heal myself and my family over 20 years ago. One day, after developing a sleep blend for my son, God gave me a download to learn alchemy and to make more blends to heal others, and so it began!
