The Reclaim Your Light package offers a supportive space to explore what has been weighing on you and reconnect with clarity, confidence, inner strength, and your light. We’ll work together to personalize each session around your healing needs, connecting with your Higher Self to guide and activate the healing. We may work with the Crystalline Healing Light for Quantum Energy Healing or Holographic DNA reprogramming. After seven years of providing healing services, I’ve come to know that healing unfolds in layers. I offer three sessions because I want you to have time to integrate what comes through, and for us to keep working together as the next layer reveals itself. It would be an honor to support you in this process.

Session Format
- Arrive + share
We’ll start with a relaxed conversation so you can share what’s been going on and what you’d like to focus on. Together we’ll set intentions for what you’re ready to release and what you’d love to call in more of emotionally (peace, joy, love, clarity, etc.). In our follow-up sessions, we’ll reflect on what shifted after the previous healing session and build on that work together. - Settle in + connect
Then you’ll lie down, close your eyes, and we’ll move into a short meditation to ground and protect your energy. We’ll invite in our collective Guides and Archangels and connect with your Higher Self to begin the healing work. - Energetic assessment
I’ll tune into your field and read your emotional frequencies on a scale of 0–100, and check for what may be ready to clear—such as etheric chips or implants, cords, soul contracts, and physical imbalances that are no longer in your highest and best good. - Healing + integration
Once the information is gathered, we move into the healing. This part often feels like a deep meditation or shamanic-style inner journey while you rest with your eyes closed. - Close + questions
We’ll gently close the session, and I’ll check your emotional frequencies again to reflect what shifted and what may still want support. Then we’ll leave time for questions, clarification, and anything you’d like to share.
Prior to the start of the meeting, it would be ideal if you have a glass of water, a blanket, a pair of comfortable headphones or earbuds with a built-in microphone that will connect to your computer, iPad, or mobile phone near you. Please download the latest Zoom app on your mobile device or laptop in advance, so that we may connect without any delays.
Prepare a comfortable place to lie down with your eyes closed, where you will not be disturbed for 2 hours.
After the session, please allow time for a peaceful transition. For example, you could take an epsom salt bath, sit in the sun, go for a walk in nature, or take a nap. Please try to avoid working, electronic screens, TV, conversations that may not be peaceful, or anything negative that will take you out of alignment. You will need time to integrate the healing energies.
- Will I get a chance to ask questions? Yes, there is a 10-30-minute intake period allowed at the start of all sessions.
- Will I feel anything? That depends on you, some souls are more sensitive to subtle energies and can feel everything, while others do not so much.
- Can you tell me my future? No, healings are not psychic readings necessarily. While some stuff may come through during our session, it is not like a typical psychic reading.
- What Is Crystalline Healing Light®? Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
You have up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session to cancel or reschedule your session for a full refund. After, there will be a 50% fee charged to reschedule or cancel. There is no refund or exchanges for fully used or partially used sessions or package sessions.
