What is the Heart Chakra?

The heart chakra, also known as Anahata, is the fourth primary chakra in the system of seven chakras according to Hindu and yogic traditions. It is believed to be located in the center of the chest, near the heart. The heart chakra is associated with love, compassion, empathy, and forgiveness.
