What is the Sacral Chakra?

The sacral chakra, also known as the second chakra or Svadhisthana in Sanskrit, is one of the seven main energy centers in the human body according to traditional Indian spiritual practices and some modern holistic approaches. It is located in the lower abdomen, about two inches below the navel and two inches inwards. The sacral chakra is associated with emotions, creativity, sensuality, and pleasure. It governs feelings and the ability to experience joy. It is linked to creative expression, inspiration, and artistic talents.

What's in the bottle?

This sacred blend includes cardamom, cinnamon, patchouli, sandalwood, and wild orange. It also contains carnelian gemstones both in the bottle and in the rollerball.

Carnelian Crystals: Carnelian grounds and anchors you in the present reality. A stabilizing stone with high energy, it is excellent for restoring vitality and motivation, and for stimulating creativity. Carnelian is useful for overcoming abuse of any kind.
