3. Roll or rub it on
4. Smell it on your skin
5. Inhale & Exhale
6. Say the affirmation
Repeat each step 3 times.
Apply directly to the pulse points: wrists, inner elbows, behind the ears, or the soles of the feet.
Apply to the chakras; crown, third-eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, root

Apply to the bottom of the feet for sensitive skin and children.
Always avoid the eye area, open wounds and wash hands thoroughly after use.

ORIGIN STORY
Why I Make Healing Elixirs
It's simple really. I started making my own blends to heal myself and my family over 20 years ago. One day, after developing a sleep blend for my son, God gave me a download to learn alchemy and to make more blends to heal others, and so it began!
