Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping for orders $65 – $250, only applies to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Some items ship from our trusted partners, and their items usually arrive within 5-10 days.
How long does it take?
- The estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the delivery method you choose and how far away you live from Arizona.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a processing notice, and you will receive a shipment notice along with a tracking number.
- Custom orders will take more time between processing and shipments; add approximately 2-5 days.
Carrier Policies & Insurance
- We offer USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping options.
- For orders over $200, we will add signature services.
- All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Every item is inspected for quality before shipment.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If your goods get lost or arrive damaged, please make a claim with the carrier using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
